1. Digital Downloads (PDF)
All PDF downloads are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., corrupted file or failed delivery), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
2. Digital Flipbook
Access to your digital flipbook is granted immediately upon purchase. As this is a digital product, no refunds or exchanges are offered once access has been provided.
If you are unable to access your flipbook or experience technical difficulties, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you.
3. Print on Demand
Print on demand items are custom-produced specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives with a defect or error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
