PDF downloads are delivered instantly and automatically via a secure download link sent to your email upon successful payment. No physical shipping is involved.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your download link within a few minutes. If you experience any issues, contact us and we will resend your link promptly.
2. Digital Flipbook
Access to your digital flipbook is granted immediately upon purchase via a link sent to your email. No physical shipping is involved.
Your flipbook can be accessed on any device with an internet connection. If you have trouble accessing your flipbook, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
3. Print on Demand
Print on demand items are custom-produced after your order is placed. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping time: 7–14 business days (international delivery may vary)
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, or courier delays beyond our control.
